Using relevant case studies, the facilitator will help the participants to understand the construction law in Kenya, including safety-in-design concerns relating to the construction industry in the country. Participants will learn the available safety analysis techniques, how and when they can be used and the meaning of the results. The use and abuse of hazard based risk registers will also be explored during the live webinar.
